Napa Valley photographer Dan Mills Productions has a new web presence. We worked with Dan to identify key messages, and crafted a simple to use, visually rich site. The site runs on our custom PHP Content Management System, so the client can update and change anything in the site via an onscreen interface - never touching anything technical or code. View WebsiteAnother new business win. We've been selected (among a very esteemed pool of agency colleagues) to redesign the visual identity system for Dominican University of California. This project will encompass both strategic and creative development relative to the University and its goals moving forward, with emphasis on accurately portraying the experience of both undergraduate and graduate education, life, and its place in the greater Bay Area community.
We've been selected by Napa County to create the County's first comprehensive visual identity system. As part of the system, we're also redesigning the County Seal and all applications including stationery, collateral, vehicles, signage and more. This is very exciting, as the last time the seal was designed was in 1967, so we think there is a great opportunity to portray the County in a manner reflective of its residents and businesses.
Our media kit for the George Lucas Educational Foundation's magazine "Edutopia" wins another national award of excellence. We were awarded the "Folio", the premier national award celebrating excellence in magazine editorial and design.
Our media kit designed for the George Lucas Educational Foundations "Edutopia" magazine wins the Maggie Award for Best Consumer Media Kit by the Western Publications Association (WPA). The Maggie competition, which this year totaled nearly 1,900 entries, is an annual event recognizing excellence in magazines published west of the Mississippi. Now in its 55th year, the WPA bestows awards to publications whose work is deemed the best of the West in a wide variety of categories within the publishing industry.
