Collateral Design
With a current redevelopment pipeline in excess of $5 billion, we worked with Westfield to create their first U.S. revitalization overview brochure. This large-scale book captures highlights of Westfield's global portfolio, past international successes such as Westfield London and Sydney's Bondi Junction, and over 25 future U.S. developments in a dynamic, compelling manner. Utilizing higher-end printing and finishing techniques like spot UV coating, dull and matte varnishes and French fold pages, the reader is left with the impression of leadership and the promise of utmost quality from the world's largest retail property group.
