Revitalization Campaign
For the expansion of Westfield Valencia Town Center, we crafted a highly integrated campaign reflective of "The Patios", the name of this new outdoor development. Positioning the center as 'The Place to Be", and The Patios within as the future, this campaign supports Westfield's new corporate brand look and feel. Our materials include numerous b2b printed pieces including a robust leasing brochure and general awareness collateral. For our b2c audience, messaging focuses on upcoming amenities and services like fast-casual dining and fashion, mixed with evocative imagery of the 'Southern California' relaxed lifestyle. Our campaign ran numerous ad placements both magazine, newsprint and out of home, on-site graphics including several thousand feet of barricade fencing and an online microsite.
